unburnt

I was frying fried rice for Chee Sin a moment ago.. And thought to myself, "other people would try hard not to get whatever their frying burnt. And I'm here waiting to get this fried rice to get burnt."
Burnt fried rice is yummy bah!

asian (chinese) cooking memang better if ada burnt sikit sikit ba... but..the secret for good 'burnt' is to use high flame time starting..coz nya akan burn slightly on outer layer... if you burn it over lower flame..then it'll get a bit too bitter and kurang sedap..

As you can notice, asian (chinese) cooking only masak for a short time with big flame...but western cooking cook with low flame for a longer period... so, different style gives different burnt effect... one make it sedap, the other one sik sedap.. BYah!!
